Sam is the Head of International Business Development at Sina Sports, one of the largest sports digital media platforms in China. Sina Sports are the exclusive Chinese broadcast partners for over 90 sports properties, including the European Champions League, UFC, Wimbeldon and PGA Tour. In conjunction with their sister company Weibo, China’s largest social media platform, Sina Sports operates social media accounts with more than 100 million followers. In addition, they have also expanded into offline sporting events including Asia’s largest FIBA-certified 3 on 3 basketball tournament. Sam currently manages all international aspects of Sina Sports, prior to that he was a VP in the legal department for NBA China.
